JOB DESCRIPTION:

Arabianbnb, a leading short-term rental management company in Dubai, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring new property owners. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our portfolio by generating leads, building relationships, and developing a comprehensive sales strategy to attract and onboard property owners.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate, property management, or hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and property rental landscape.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and target property owners through online platforms, networking events, cold calling, and other innovative methods.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company growth goals, focusing on acquiring properties in prime Dubai locations.
  • Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport with property owners, educating them on the benefits of partnering with Arabianbnb for short-term rentals.
  • Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct in-person or virtual meetings to present our services, negotiate terms, and close deals with property owners.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends, competitors, and property rental demands to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract potential property owners and with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
  • Reporting: Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular updates to senior management.
