REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma. University Degree is an asset
  • Related service experience in the Recreational Vehicle industry is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 3-5 years’ Management experience

Responsibilities

Our Sales Manager will do just that – they’ll oversee the people, processes, and sales operations of our Medicine Hat dealership, ensuring we’re crushing sales targets, and most importantly, exceeding our customers’ expectations.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Sales Manager will be responsible for consistently achieving Sales volume and profitability targets through strong leadership of the sales team, as well as:

  • Managing, developing, and sustaining a high level of employee performance and morale that results in a fulfilling and productive work environment
  • Recruiting, hiring, and promoting the right people for the right positions
  • Strengthening employee performance through timely training and development
  • Coaching employees in pursuit of developing a high-producing sales team
  • Taking ongoing action to sustain a positive customer experience
  • Maintaining control of and creating efficiency in our RV inventory
  • Conducting budgeting and strategic planning activities
  • Maintaining and strengthening strong community relations
