Job Description About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives across the ASEAN region, focusing on RFID solutions for the retail apparel industry. This role requires strong technical knowledge and deep familiarity with label converters and service bureau operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for RFID solutions targeting retail apparel label converters and service bureaus in ASEAN markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including converters, service bureaus, and retail partners. Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends and provide insights to shape product offerings and go-to-market strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 3-5 years in sales, preferably in RFID technology or retail apparel ecosystem Candidate should preferably have RFID technical experience with a good understanding of UHF, HF and NFC RFID and it’s application in retail apparel labelling Candidate should preferably be familiar with retail apparel label converters and service bureau workflow Strong multi-tasking and project management skills. Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements Ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's technical architecture and emerging technologies, with enough knowledge to determine what is and what is not possible Communicates in a clear, objective, and confident manner with scalability to progress to the next level in the coming years. Teamwork, leadership, and facilitation skills required to enable effective cross-functional collaboration and leverage.
