Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to build and oversee our sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of company sales goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed targets.
  • Set individual and team sales targets and track performance regularly.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and manage key client accounts and participate in sales pitches for high-value clients.
  • Collaborate with senior management to forecast sales, and determine pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management.
  • Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies and procedures.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or a senior sales role, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
  • Experience in the food & beverage or events industry is highly desirable.
  • Experienced in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Candidates must be based in Singapore.
