ATI is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Manager to join our Ontario team. This position is critical for driving sales growth, fostering customer relationships, and leading the market adoption of our power solutions. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in targeted market.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for new and existing solutions.
• Provide expertise on power supply options for grid-connected and off-grid scenarios.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales and a strong understanding of renewable energy industry.
• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative team-oriented approach
• Willingness to take on challenges and adapt to a dynamic and competitive market environment.
• Expertise in power supply systems for grid-connected and off-grids
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Based in GTA or willing to travel.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
