Job Title: Sales Manager – Automobile Division (Commercial Vehicles)

Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced Sales Managers to drive sales and business growth in our Automobile Division, specifically for Commercial Vehicles. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the automotive industry, customer acquisition, and B2B sales. If you have a proven track record in automobile sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and recommend the best vehicle solutions from our portfolio.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across various industries.
Conduct marketing activities, including lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
Manage the entire sales process, from presentations and quotations to negotiations and closing deals.
Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, fleet operators, and industry stakeholders.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 years of sales experience in the automotive or related industry, preferably in a commercial or industrial environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
In-depth knowledge of corporate sales processes and customer relationship management.
Experience in fleet sales and business-to-business (B2B) transactions is an advantage.
Salary: ₦300,000+ (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
