Description

Auto Millennium Group is a leading player in the automotive industry, known for delivering high-quality vehicles, components, and customer-focused mobility solutions. We are expanding our footprint and are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring new business and driving revenue growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with a proven track record in new business development.
  • Strong network within the automotive ecosystem (OEMs, suppliers, dealers, fleet operators, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage

    Pay: AED1.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive sector, including OEMs, dealerships, fleet owners, and B2B partners.
  • Client Acquisition: Build a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging industry contacts.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, particularly focused on customer acquisition and market expansion.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategy.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and key KPIs to senior leadership.
