Responsibilities

We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to join our elite team at Markville Ford Lincoln. As a leader in our sales department, you will set the standard for excellence, inspire your team to achieve and exceed goals, and create an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with a track record of success in automotive sales or high-performance sales environments. You should be a visionary, a strategic thinker, and a natural motivator—able to drive performance, foster growth, and elevate our team to new heights.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire the Sales Team: Manage, train, and motivate a high-performing team of sales professionals, setting clear expectations, and ensuring they have the tools and training to succeed.
  • Drive Sales Performance: Develop and execute innovative strategies to exceed sales goals and targets. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance, providing feedback and coaching to achieve optimum results.
  • Customer-Centric Leadership: Foster a culture of customer satisfaction by setting the tone for excellence in service, relationship-building, and customer retention.
  • Recruit and Develop Talent: Identify, hire, and develop top-tier sales talent to grow and sustain a world-class sales team.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Accurately track sales, create detailed reports, and identify key metrics to adjust strategies and optimize sales operations.
