Sales Maintain existing customers by providing timely service and technical support. Develop new customers within the assigned territory. Maintain good contacts with channel partners, contractors, and lighting consultants in the UAE market. Possess strong knowledge of architectural, commercial, industrial, and decorative lighting products. Exposure to lighting software is an added advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Customer/Principal Coordination Follow up with customers on enquiries regarding products. Correspond and follow up with Principals. Marketing Update customers periodically on new developments and products to promote sales. Participate in or visit lighting exhibitions in the UAE. Reporting Prepare sales reports as required. Provide market intelligence reports to management to assist in decision-making. Others Ensure proper communication channels between sales and production/materials planning departments. Perform other related tasks as needed. Educational Qualification Graduate or Diploma holder in Engineering (any discipline) with knowledge of lighting products. Work Experience Minimum 5-6 years of experience in selling lighting products and solutions. Competencies Must possess a valid UAE driving license. Experience with Orion ERP system is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Languages Good command of English with strong communication skills.
