Job Description Are you a sales expert who not only recognizes opportunities but also conquers markets and plays a key role in building a new business area? At Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions GmbH, you will actively shape the digital transformation of the logistics industry in Central and Eastern Europe as a Sales Manager. In this position, you will take on a key role in successfully establishing our AWS reselling and our innovative platform, l-os.com, to drive our growth. You will proactively identify and acquire new customers for our AWS reselling and our platform, l-os.com, especially in the dynamic Central and Eastern European market. To build a robust sales pipeline, your responsibilities will include researching potential ISV customers, finding the optimal way to initiate conversations, and systematically qualifying leads. In this role, you will independently conduct initial meetings, analyze specific customer requirements, and prepare for the handover to the closing process. Working in close collaboration with another SDR, you will also actively participate in initial outreach to leverage synergies and maximize sales success. You will play an active part in shaping our sales strategies and processes, contributing your ideas to significantly influence the development of our business area. This position provides the ideal foundation for you to develop into an Account Executive with full closing responsibility in the future. Qualifications Education: a completed university degree in business, sales, or a comparable qualification Experience and Knowledge: you bring solid experience in B2B cold acquisition, ideally within the SaaS or cloud industry; handling the upper sales funnel - including research, outreach, and qualification - is one of your core strengths; your background includes proven expertise in systematically building robust sales pipelines; a strong grasp of cloud technologies and the AWS ecosystem is essential for you to clearly communicate technical concepts; this role requires previous experience as an SDR or Junior Account Executive with a demonstrable track record of acquisition success Personality and Working Practice: you excel at proactively approaching potential customers and are a self-starter, enabling you to remain persistent despite setbacks while helping to build a new business area Work Routine: this position requires a willingness to develop the CEE market not just from the office, but also by traveling and working directly on-site Enthusiasm: you are passionate about shaping a business area from the ground up and have a strong drive for developing new markets, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe Languages: excellent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English are required; proficiency in Polish or other CEE languages is a significant advantage Additional Information We offer flexible working models: from various part-time options to mobile working and job sharing.
