Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Executive to join our team in the floor coating, road marking, and waterproofing.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, providing expert guidance and knowledge in floor coating, road marking, and waterproofing.
  • Establish and nurture long-term client relationships; identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through personalized product recommendations tailored to client needs.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Ensure exceptional service throughout the sales process, making clients feel valued and important.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-ups post-project to gather feedback and promote repeat business.

Product Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, industry standards, and technological advancements.
  • Organize promotional materials and displays to effectively convey brand value.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Ensure product availability aligns with client demand to facilitate timely delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly.
  • Proven client-focused approach with a record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client consultations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in road marking, floor coatings, or waterproofing materials.
  • Technical knowledge of product applications.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
