REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Polytechnic Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or consumer products industry.
  • Strong ability to create and implement effective sales strategies and methodologies to drive business performance.
  • Proficient in monitoring sales channels, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying market trends.Skilled in reviewing sales performance metrics and customer feedback to recommend improvements.

  • Monitor sales channels, market demand, and competitor activities, and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Build networks, generate leads, and create opportunities to acquire new buyers and customers.

  • Strengthen customer relationships by managing buyer programs, gathering feedback, and recommending product or service improvements.
  • Oversee and guide team members, including training, performance evaluation, and providing support to achieve team objectives.
