Sales Planning & Activities Promote, introduce and market a range of Tokio Marine’s life-insurance products to Bank’s customer (including Whole Life Plan, Endowment Plan, Medical Plan and Investment Linked Plan) Plan and strategize sales activities and participate in roadshows/ campaigns organized by Bank/Region Sales Management Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationship and for referrals Develop clientele networking list and records of existing Bank’s customer and NTB customers for acquisition and increase customer PHR Work closely with Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotion and campaigns Comply with CPD hours and to ensure completion rate of CFF forms Compliance to Bank’s policy, procedures and observe sales code of ethics Staff Management Provide guidance and motivate PB Banca on prospecting to sales techniques and to coach them for peak performance Periodic briefing and update on promotions, campaigns and products to PB Banca Job Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Any field. Diploma - Any field. Minimum 5 years sales experience preferably in wealth and banca products with FIs Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive team player but able to work independently. Has experience in sales environment. Enthusiastic towards achievement of targets.
