As our new Sales Manager – Banquet Sales, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue through social and corporate events, creating memorable experiences for our guests. From securing high-value banquet business to building long-term client relationships, you’ll play a key role in maximizing event sales and enhancing the hotel’s market presence.   A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:  Developing and managing relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding planners, and social clients to drive banquet and event revenue  Actively prospecting and identifying new business opportunities for conferences, meetings, weddings, and social events  Negotiating contracts, event packages, and pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction  Conducting site inspections and client meetings to showcase banquet facilities and services  Coordinating closely with operations, culinary, and events teams to ensure seamless execution of all events  Representing the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and sales initiatives to promote banquet offerings  Collaborating with marketing teams to design targeted promotions and event campaigns  Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies  Maintaining accurate records of leads, bookings, and account activity in CRM systems  Ensuring exceptional client experiences from initial inquiry through event completion   What we need from you:  Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field  5–6 years of relevant experience in hotel sales, with a strong focus on banquet or event sales  Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully handling events and group business  Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills  Ability to manage multiple events and clients simultaneously with attention to detail  Knowledge of local banquet and events market trends   What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
