REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in the retail, FMCG and beauty industry.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a service-oriented or beauty industry.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive, service-driven environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling customer issues.
• Ability to standardize processes and enforce company policies effectively.
• Analytical skills for reporting and target tracking.
• Commitment to upholding the company’s values and standards.
