Description

We are urgently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager for one of a Nail Gel distributor in Abu Dhabi to lead and grow the nail product distribution business. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the beauty industry and a proven ability to build client relationships, drive sales performance, and identify market opportunities.
As a Sales Manager, you will oversee sales strategies, manage key accounts, and work closely with salons, beauty retailers, and distributors to increase market share.
Location : Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities.

  • Generate leads, close sales, and expand the customer base.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and seek upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct regular visits to salons, nail techs, beauty stores, and distribution partners.
  • Provide product education, support, and after-sales service.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and in-salon demos to build brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with nail industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activities.
  • Recommend product enhancements and contribute to product development discussions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the beauty or cosmetics industry (nail industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office .
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally/regionally as needed.
