Description

We’re seeking for a driven sales indiviual with a growth mindset to lead our sales team in Abu Dhabi and help expand our footprint in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
Sales Manager work in a fast-paced environment, leading by example to identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. You’ll be responsible for setting the sales strategy, coaching your team, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be key to driving revenue growth and maintaining our reputation as a trusted logistics partner.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales objectives and targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the UAE region in alignment with company goals.
  • Identify market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
  • Manage key client relationships and oversee contract negotiations.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to top-tier clients and decision-makers.
  • Ensure sales pipeline management and accurate reporting of sales activities and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to drive business growth.

Qualitfications and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven success in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding, supply chain, and logistics services.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Advanced negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • High level of business acumen and analytical thinking.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong reporting, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other sales tools.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
