Sales Manager Location: Gurugram. Experience: 8-12 Years. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth by developing and executing sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer prospecting, account management, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in sales and relationship management. The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for driving new business by acquiring new logos. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets. Identify and target potential customers across industries, building strong relationships with CXOs & key decision-makers. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities. Prepare and present compelling sales pitches to clients. Develop strategic partnerships with vendors, OEMs, and other stakeholders to enhance offerings. Map customer business objectives with various offerings from Black Box, that create value for the customer. Skills Required: Business development and new logo acquisition. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Relevant Experience in managing Enterprise customers across industry segments, viz. Manufacturing, Automotive, Hospitality, Healthcare, Real Estate, Education. Knowledge of Data Center/ Networking/ Modern Workplace/ IoT/ Cybersecurity. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
