Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our gas and chemical portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining direct selling with the management of a small sales team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Director to set achievable yet ambitious sales targets, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities within the UK gas and chemical markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular in-person visits and virtual meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to set and track sales targets.
  • Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and commercial teams to align sales strategy with operational capabilities and market opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent Blended Products at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
