Salary: Circa £50k per annum + Car + Commission Structure

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an exciting sales role initially based at our offices in Southside, Bredbury, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to support us in developing our sales base both across the UK and Internationally to increase our market share in a niche market sector of process heating. We predict that approximately 60% of working time will be spent out of the office meeting with customers (current and new).
This role would work alongside our current sales/business development/product managers to give a wider understanding of commercial sales in business to business but also business to customer bases.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand customer base
  • Achieving growth and hitting agreed sales targets
  • Establishing productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders
  • Building and promoting long lasting customer relationships
  • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics
  • Provide daily reports of field sales success
  • Achieve target margin levels
