JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our operations in used car sales, spare parts sales, and the car body workshop at the Al Saqer Al Jareh branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, increasing revenue across all service areas, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in automotive sales management (used cars, spare parts, or workshop services).
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle specifications, workshop processes, and spare parts inventory.
  • Target-oriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales reporting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Management, or a related field is preferred.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

  • Monitor sales performance and provide training and guidance to improve team effectiveness.
  • Oversee the pricing, display, and promotion of used vehicles and spare parts.
  • Collaborate with workshop staff to ensure smooth coordination between service and sales teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed sales and performance reports for management review.
