Reporting to the Vice President, Sales, you will lead the performance and development of our sales team while remaining active with customers, strategic accounts and major opportunities.

You will help set the sales strategy, establish clear targets, strengthen forecasting and pipeline discipline, coach the team in the field and identify new opportunities to expand our market presence.

Most importantly, you will build a sales culture defined by customer focus, accountability, collaboration and results.
