About The Role

This isn’t about waiting for enquiries to convert themselves; it’s about owning the pipeline and making bookings happen!

As Sales Manager, BrewDog Dublin, you’ll play a critical role in driving pre-booked sales across one of the most exciting and high-capacity venues in Dublin. Your mission is to convert inbound enquiries at pace, generate outbound opportunities, and maximise occupancy across all bookable spaces, experiences, and events.

You’ll manage day-to-day sales performance within the venue, ensuring enquiries are handled quickly, pipelines are actively developed, and every opportunity to increase booking value is captured. Working closely with the Senior Sales Business Development Manager and Operations teams, you’ll be the driving force behind incremental sales revenue through group bookings, corporate events, celebrations, experiences, and repeat business from positive relationships

  • Drive strong inbound conversion performance, ensuring rapid response times and a high standard of communication with guests and clients.
  • Build and maintain outbound sales pipelines, proactively targeting corporate clients, local businesses, agencies, and group organisers.
  • Own and deliver agreed sales targets across group bookings, private hire, corporate events, and BrewDog experiences.
  • Support the planning and coordination of large-scale and complex events, ensuring clear communication between sales and operations teams.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting of sales pipelines, identifying opportunities and risks to revenue delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell packages, premium spaces, experiences, and add-ons to increase average booking value.
  • Work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager to execute the Dublin sales strategy and deliver key commercial priorities.
  • Lead the Dublin sales team, driving ambitious targeted sales.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth handover of confirmed bookings and successful event execution.
