Sales Manager — BTL Production (POSM, Displays, Events)
We’re seeking a driven Sales Manager with hands-on BTL production experience to grow our portfolio across POSM, retail displays, event production, large-format print, signage, joinery/3D fabrication. You’ll own the sales cycle end-to-end—prospecting, client meetings, quoting, closing—and partner closely with production to deliver on time, on spec, on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a sales pipeline across agencies, luxury/beauty, FMCG, sportswear and retail brands.
  • Lead client discovery, brief scoping, site visits, BOQ/quotation preparation, and negotiations.
  • Work with production (print, CNC, acrylic, wood/joinery, metal, paint/finishing) to convert briefs into costed, feasible solutions.
  • Manage proposals, samples, mock-ups, approvals, and hand-over to production.
  • Hit monthly revenue & margin targets; maintain 3x pipeline coverage.
  • Monitor job progress with operations; ensure OTIF (on-time, in-full) delivery and quality.
  • Maintain CRM discipline (activities, stages, forecast accuracy); report KPIs weekly.
  • Expand accounts through cross-sell/upsell and long-term relationships.
  • Represent the brand at client meetings, pitches, and industry events.

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • 5+ years proven BTL production sales experience (POSM/displays/events/signage/joinery).
  • Strong costing & quotation skills (materials, processes, finishes, installation).
  • Solid UAE client network and market knowledge.
  • Valid UAE Driving License; own car preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and a CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and site-based meetings.
