Ihre Jobübersicht
Sie sind für die Marktbetreuung sowie für die vertriebliche Beratung zu unseren Produkten (funktionale Zusatzstoffe und mineralischen Lösungen für die Bauchemie) in Deutschland und den skandinavischen Ländern verantwortlich.

Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Ausbau des profitablen Umsatzwachstums bei bestehenden Kunden und potentiellen Neukunden in der Bauindustrie durch konsequentes Aufzeigen und Entwickeln neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung des Budgets und von strategischen und quantifizierten Vertriebszielen sowie Ausarbeitung, Durchführung und Beurteilung von detaillierten Vertriebsaktionen und der Preispolitik
  • Verantwortung für die Kundenbeziehungen einschließlich der Verhandlung über Kurz- und Langzeitverträge, der Verwaltung von Verträgen und Einhaltung der Geschäftsbedingungen
  • Überwachung der Kundenzufriedenheit sowie Lösung und Reporting von Kundenbeschwerden
  • Analyse und Dokumentation von Kundenbedürfnissen und -besuchen, von Markttrends und Informationen von Wettbewerbern im CRM
  • Generieren von Ideen für neue Produkte basierend auf bestehenden oder zukünftigen Anforderungen bei Ihren Kunden

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieur-, Natur- und/oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im B2B Vertrieb oder Key Account Management
  • Marktkenntnisse für mineralische Anwendungen in den Bereichen der Bauchemie, insbesondere Zusatzstoffe wie Tonerde-Zement oder Metakaolin
  • Sehr gute Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Unternehmerische, selbstmotivierende und eigenständige Mentalität
  • Salesforce Kenntnisse sind willkommen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich
  • Reisebereitschaft (rund 50%)

Job Summary

As a Sales Manager, your role is to

  • manage and lead the commercial activities as well as to coordinate the technical support activities.
  • drive business & market development with lead and opportunity generations and key account managements
  • participate in the development of the business strategy for your perimeter
  • understand the market dynamics and the related stakeholders (asset owners, contractors, engineers)
  • act as an ambassador, representing the company externally at customer events and lobby at national association

Your responsibilities

  • Commercial plan building, execution & monitoring
  • Participate to the building of the annual sales plan/ budget forecast and mid-term plan for your perimeter
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
  • Execute the commercial roadmaps developed for your segment or products or geography
  • Analyses sales trends/preparation of reports for management/advise on the business
  • Review and analyze performances against programs, quote and plan to determine effectiveness
  • Ensure business is servicing existing customer base at expectations and developing new growth opportunities
  • Develop plans and strategies for new commercial opportunities and achieving the sales goals
  • Make value selling and apply the pricing policy through negotiation
  • Establish and nurture relationship with assigned customers (management, purchasing, R&D)
  • Identify sales development targets, elaborate and implement appropriate development strategy
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and jointly manage customer relationship with Customer Service Team

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering in Material Science, Ceramics, Mineral Chemistry or Economics
  • Several years of job experience as Sales or Account Manager at international level
  • Market knowledge required for Building Chemistry in particular additives, Calcium aluminate cement, metakaolin for dry mix industries
  • Entrepreneurial mentality
  • Salesforce knowledge would be an advantage
  • Mandatory use of German (fluent, technical and commercial)
  • Regular business trips (around 50%)
