The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our growth by expanding our client base and promoting our enterprise IT services. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass business objectives and revenue targets. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and building a robust sales pipeline. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and business objectives. * Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development. * Effectively communicate the value proposition of our specialised Linux and open-source solutions through proposals and presentations. * Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team. * Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. * Collaborate with our technical consulting teams to ensure the solutions proposed are aligned with client requirements. Qualifications * Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role, preferably within the IT services or technology sector. * A demonstrable history of achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong business sense and a deep understanding of the sales process. * Experience in managing and directing a sales team is highly desirable. * A technical background or a strong understanding of Linux, open-source technologies, and enterprise IT infrastructure would be a significant advantage. * A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
