Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market. • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. • Analyse sales statistics to identify areas of improvement and track results. • Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts. • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal. Qualifications • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role, preferably within the technology sector. • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. • Strong business sense and industry expertise. • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. • Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite and Gem Portal. • A commitment to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences. • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
