REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8–10 years of proven experience in field sales and revenue generation, with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Deep industry exposure to Building Materials, Interior Products, Fit-Outs, or Project-based B2B sales
  • Demonstrated expertise in acquiring, managing, and growing channel partner networks
  • Strong network across architects, interior designers, contractors, and relevant project influencers
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to guide teams and close high-value deals
  • Experience in preparing detailed MIS reports, order forecasts, and performance analytics
  • Willingness to travel extensively across regions for partner and client engagement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth through high-performing field sales operations and robust channel partner management. This role will lead revenue strategies, manage field sales teams, and expand our market footprint across the building materials and interior design sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and mentor field sales teams to exceed revenue and performance targets
  • Drive strategic acquisition, onboarding, and lifecycle management of channel partners (NCPs and ECPs)
  • Generate qualified leads through architect, designer, contractor, and project-based networks
  • Conduct regular field visits to partners, project sites, and potential accounts to build market intelligence
  • Ensure effective sales reporting through detailed MIS dashboards and revenue forecasting
  • Maintain strong relationships with inactive partners to reactivate and convert into revenue contributors
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, and operational execution
  • Optimize sales processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements for higher efficiency
