Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts for window blinds and shading solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge and an established network within fit-out companies, furnishing showrooms, building material dealers, and interior/lifestyle showrooms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development and relationship management in the interior and architectural segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a team of Business Development Executives and Managers.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and meet individual and team goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients to grow the customer base.
  • Manage key accounts and foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Have a good and efficient Channel Sales funnel.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in window blinds, soft furnishings, fit-out materials, or interior products.
  • Proven network and contacts with interior designers, project managers, fit-out firms, and showroom buyers.
  • Strong understanding of B2B selling cycles and project-based sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
