Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Follow our trusted door to deal sales process * Manage a team of sales specialists that focus on creating a customer’s perfect “Away”  * Identify revenue programs and facilitate finance, legal and sales practices * Oversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives and communications for the assigned team * Participate in client interactions to ensure cross-training, customer satisfaction and management involvement regularly * Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional * Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventory * Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees and management * Attend RV Shows and location events as needed  Qualifications * Education:  1. Bachelors degree in business or equivalent experience in a related field is strongly preferred * License & Certifications: 1. Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required 2. Must obtain State Sales License if required by state regulations * Experience: 1. A minimum of four years of RV sales management experience or experience in an automotive or RV dealership is strongly preferred * Abilities:               1. Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills 2. Ability to work flexible hours, as required is essential. Hours may include, evenings, and weekends 3. Reliable and strong work ethic  4. Commitment to superior customer service 5. Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision 6. Ability to use a computer and other office equipment 7. Proficiency in MS Office 8. Knowledge or ability to learn company system applications, including Motility Systems2K, and other software as applicable  9. Requires continuous visual ability for use of computer files, and reports 10. Ability to move RVs of various sizes as needed 11. Ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending 12. Ability to stand or long periods of time 13.
