YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • The ideal candidate will have experience selling Digital Transformation and Smart Manufacturing solutions, ideally within Life Sciences or the highly regulated sectors.
  • You already have and can build intimacy with Senior Executives & Key Stakeholders within Life Sciences accounts, and the wider supply chain eco-system.
  • Digital and engineering enabled business transformation is your playground - you can visualize, and design transformational solutions based on client objectives, new business models and disruptive digital technologies.
  • You should have proven experience in leading and delivering large scale digital strategy and engineering/technology driven pursuits that can scale up.
  • The role needs a strong networker who can manage and connect global multi-disciplinary teams, partners and alliances across engagement life cycles.

  • Market Leadership:
  • Plan account strategy for long-term profitable growth and position Capgemini Engineering as a thought leader and strategic partner within the account.
  • Leverage strong domain knowledge in the Life Sciences & Healthcare industry to understand customer’s business aspirations and challenges and design comprehensive transformation propositions.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Cultivates long-term stakeholder relationships and is a trusted advisor to the client.
  • Builds and manages relationships across all levels in the client organisation.
  • Business Development:
  • Creates opportunities to position Capgemini Engineering credentials, assets and value to the client and qualifies, prioritises and progresses opportunities to deliver the highest percentage of wins.
  • Account Operations:
  • Delivers long term strategy and goals at the BU/Corporate level; manages the collaboration across geographies and business units within Capgemini to ensure attainment of common objectives.
