Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for the restaurant. This includes building relationships with corporate clients, managing group bookings, promoting special events, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed restaurant sales goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Work with marketing teams to promote the restaurant’s events, specials, and offerings.
  • Manage and secure group bookings, private events, and catering orders.
  • Track sales performance and analyze results to adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Attend networking events, local business gatherings, and community initiatives to increase restaurant visibility.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecast revenue for the restaurant.
  • Handle guest feedback, resolving any issues that could impact the restaurant’s reputation.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including greeting guests, seating arrangements, and service delivery.
  • Manage and lead front-of-house team members, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
  • Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet service standards and operational procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Create and maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies and procedures.
  • Assist in managing reservations, special events, and private bookings.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and payroll management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in UAE preferably in Hospitality sector.
