Responsibilities

We are looking for an additional Sales Manager (SM) to grow and manage one of our Manchester-based acquisition sales teams. As a leader within the department, you will be at the heart of driving sales strategy, performance, development and retention of the team. The SM will be vital in helping to build relationships across the wider teams in London, Brighton, and leading the department to success.

  • Providing mentoring and coaching for your team of 10-12 BDMs
  • Reviewing performance and effectiveness through analytics and pipeline management
  • Agreeing and setting daily/weekly targets and KPIs for your team
  • Collaborating with other SMs on best practice, process improvements and knowledge sharing
  • Working alongside the Head of Sales to assist in developing sales strategies to drive growth
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders across the business
  • Working closely with our People Team on attracting, interviewing, and onboarding talent into your team
