Individual to be involved in:
1. Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, trade fairs, online platforms, and partnerships with industry stakeholders.
2. Conduct consultations to understand clients’ financial health, funding requirements, and business goals.
3. Assess client eligibility for various financing products and recommend optimal solutions
4. Recruit and train new consultants, ensure they are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to engage SME clients effectively.
5. Provide ongoing coaching, support, and mentorship to team members to enhance their consultative selling skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
6. Track sales activities and performance metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and continuously refine sales processes for better outcomes.
7. Prepare monthly performance reports for senior management, including sales figures, conversion metrics, and market feedback.
