Job Purpose To develop & execute sales plans, build/leverage key relationships / segments to maximize market share of the bank and achieve sales through the DST & DSA channel partners to maximize card acquisition (numbers & quality) for the Payments business Key Result Areas * Ensure achievement of card sales KPIs/KPAs from respective Internal & DSA channel partners * Develop and maintain strong working relations with all channel partners (internal and external) across all levels to optimize & leverage growth. * Drive profitable & sustained growth of new & existing channel partners. * Ensure FOS & DSA staff conduct micro marketing activities that include Kiosk activities and other direct marketing. * Work closely and proactively with internal stakeholders to streamline processes & policies to enhance overall customer experience, acquisition and profitability * Ensure consistent & timely training and product knowledge enhancement of the team members to ensure adherence of sales process growth, governance & controls. * Maintains sales volume & product mix by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.   knowledge, Experience and Skills. Sales profile that require confidence, persistence, personality and verbal written Basic knowledge of products, service policies and processes of Retail Banking.
