We are looking for an ENERGETIC and SAVVY Carrier Sales Manager to present & share our solutions with regional carriers. You’ll manage existing carriers and engage in new account acquisitions and help expand our existing partners and customer ecosystem. This opening is a quota-based sales position at a fast-growing technology company in a highly competitive industry.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 8 years of work experience
  • Strong communication skills in English via phone and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Existing relationship with regional carriers is a pre-requisite

Responsibilities
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a select set of channel partners across the Asia Pacific region. Develop trust, alignment, and collaboration to drive mutual success through joint business plans
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners to align on goals, identify growth opportunities, and implement go-to-market strategies. Drive consistent revenue growth through targeted initiatives.
  • Solutions Development: Work closely with partners to identify, develop, and expand enterprise solutions opportunities. Tailor offerings to meet the specific needs of target customers and drive profitable sales.
  • Keep abreast of current market conditions, technology trends and business to create unique value proposition for Zenlayer in the market
  • Develop sales strategies to grow existing and new carrier accounts, and increase revenue streams in these accounts
  • Review, analyze and acquire a good understanding of the business, industry, regulatory trends and developments so as to provide the Board Members with the strategic guidance, analysis and insights to align directions back to Zenlayer
  • Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
