Job Title: Off-Plan Sales Manager– Real Estate Developer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Department: Sales

Reports to: Sales Director / Head of Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Off-Plan Sales manager to join our in-house sales team at a leading real estate development company in Dubai. You will play a key role in driving sales for off-plan residential and commercial projects to end-users and investors, both locally and internationally. This is a target-driven role requiring excellent product knowledge, sales acumen, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Actively sell the company’s off-plan property portfolio to individual buyers, investors, and brokers
Conduct sales presentations and site tours for clients
Promote upcoming project launches and provide expert advice on project features, payment plans, and ROI potential
Convert leads generated through marketing campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and digital channels
Maintain relationships with existing clients and nurture repeat business and referrals
Ensure high standards of customer service before, during, and after the sales process
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Director/Head of Sales

Keep up to date with project construction progress, market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes

Qualifications:
2–5 years of proven experience in off-plan real estate sales, preferably with a developer in Dubai
Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, especially the off-plan segment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Hindi, or Urdu are a plus)
Presentable, confident, and persuasive in client interactions
Knowledge of RERA regulations and the Dubai Land Department’s procedures
Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Property Finder, Bayut)

UAE Driving License is preferred
