As sales manager, you must be self-motivated, intelligent, hands-on, dependable and honest. You will lead our sales team based on a successful track record as an automotive salesperson, sales manager and/or financial services manager. If you are experienced in automotive sales and looking a management role, this position could be the ideal fit.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and support the sales team.
• Take pride in the competence, knowledge, and success of your team.
• Follow and reinforce the sales process.
• Provide training, continuously and consistently.
• Ensure we are providing exceptional customer service.
• Monitor all dealership sales traffic and results.
• Track key performance metrics for the sales department and pursue opportunities to improve.
• Achieve our targets.
• Work constructively with all dealership departments.
• Complete training mandated by Hyundai Canada.
• Promote and support our financial services team.

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive sales and/or F&I experience is important.
• Sincere commitment to helping others, including customers and fellow staff members.
• Energy, focus and commitment to meeting the dealership’s goals and standards.
• Desire to work and live in our community.
• Proven ability to train and develop others.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to secure a license to sell vehicles in British Columbia, a process that requires a criminal record check.
• Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
