• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of catering sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and expand client base
• Establish sales goals, quotas, and performance metrics for the team
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and mentorship
• Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients and event planners
• Oversee the development of customized proposals and quotations for high-value events
• Review and approve contracts and pricing strategies
• Coordinate with operations, culinary, and service teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
• Lead regular sales meetings and report on performance to senior management
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
