OVERVIEW

This is a new role created due to ongoing company growth within the Utilities division, selling cellular IoT solutions to Utilities companies in the UK. The company have an excellent reputation and supply many of the leading Utilities suppliers already. Cutting edge technology, an agile and create approach to customer solutions and customer excellence have created massive opportunity and growth, with lots more still to come within current clients but also expanding into water metering, gas metering and renewable energy sectors. This role will nurture those current relationships which have significant growth opportunity as well as selling the expansion into the new markets.

Responsibilities

This is a crucial role within the business, reporting to the Board and being the guardian of current relationships as well as creating new. Some specific areas of focus as follows:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers within the Cellular IoT division, focusing on customer excellence
  • Identify and pursue potential to expand within current accounts
  • Identify and develop new opportunities in water, gas and renewable energy metering markets
  • Act as conduit between technical and product teams to ensure tailored IoT solutions customer requirements are met
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade show, customer meetings etc.
