QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of dealership management experience required
  • Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a strong culture of team inclusivity
  • CDK and VinSolutions experience preferred
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Tech savvy with solid experience in handling internet and phone inquiries

Responsibilities
  • Be a leader & provide focus for your Sales team
  • Work directly with our Team Members and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Maintain CSI at or above company standards
  • Build rapport with customers to establish a strong customer network
  • Provide support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
  • Manage productivity of the sales department
  • Maintain good working relationship with the manufacturer and lending institutions
  • Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth
