JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in outside sales, particularly in technology sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, develop effective sales strategies, and foster relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years in direct sales or business development (hospitality or entertainment industries a plus)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
  • Self-starter with a creative mindset and strong problem-solving ability
  • Basic proficiency in Canva, Excel, and social media platforms
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or similar field preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the entire sales strategy—from outreach to closing
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for group bookings, birthday parties, and corporate events
  • Create basic promotional content and manage local marketing initiatives (posters, flyers, social media posts)
  • Maintain customer relationships and respond to inquiries directly
  • Track bookings, prepare sales reports, and present insights to management
  • Represent Champs at networking events to boost visibility
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand market presence.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
