Sales Manager, Channel Sales We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Manager, Channel Sales for a permanent and full-time employment to lead and grow our channel sales. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring strong collaboration between partners and our internal teams. You will be taking the lead on selling away from our Products and Services team, giving them more time to focus on customer deliveries and development work. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with excellent sales acumen and a deep understanding of partner ecosystems. Main responsibilities include: * Set and achieve sales goals for a portfolio of channel partners, ensuring timely execution and delivery. * Identify and onboard new channel sales opportunities to expand market reach. * Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales plan, continuously optimizing performance. * Monitor sales progress in real-time and analyze data to inform decisions. * Act as a liaison between channel partners and internal teams (e.g., sales support, business development, service delivery). * Lead the development and execution of sales processes, reporting frameworks, and budgeting/forecasting. * Resolve conflicts with channel partners and, where applicable, their customers. It would be great to hear from you if you have: * Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or B2B sales. Previous iGaming experience is seen as a significant advantage. * International experience working with global markets, multicultural stakeholders, and cross-border partner ecosystems. * Excellent prospecting, sales, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Strong business sense and creative problem-solving abilities. * The ability to listen actively and find solutions to partner challenges. * High initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and a self-motivated, patient, and independent working style. * Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work in a multi-cultural business environment. * Strong planning, organizational abilities, and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. * Fluent in English; other language skills may be required based on target regions.
