JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Has prior at least 1 year experience in Manager Level and managing a team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and a passion for sales management. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and supervising the sales team to achieve targets. Multilingual candidates are highly desirable as you will be engaging with a diverse clientele.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in sales management or a similar role is essential.
  • Prior at least 1 year experience in Manager Level and managing a team.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is an advantage, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell products or services effectively.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organisation.
