JOB SUMMARY:
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our China sourcing sales efforts for automotive spare parts. You’ll develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities in the global automotive aftermarket.

REQUIREMENTS:
Essential Skills
1. 3+ years of sales experience in the automotive spare parts industry, preferably with China sourcing experience
2. Strong understanding of the global automotive aftermarket, including market trends and regulations
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
4. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth
Nice to Have
1. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
2. Experience with CRM software and sales tools
3. Knowledge of automotive industry-specific software and technologies (e.g., part numbering systems, OE catalogs)
Sales Strategy & Growth
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in China-sourced automotive spare parts sales
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships in the global automotive aftermarket
