As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic relationships with Chinese-speaking clients in the Cambodian market. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and market share Establish and maintain strong relationships with key Chinese-speaking guests Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure guest satisfaction and retention Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members Create and deliver sales presentations to potential guests in both Chinese and English Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly Prepare and present sales reports to senior management Qualifications Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management role Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Excellent negotiation and communication skills Experience in strategic planning and performance analysis In-depth knowledge of Cambodian and Chinese business cultures Understanding of cross-cultural communication and business practices Experience working in Cambodia or Southeast Asian markets is preferred Willingness to travel within Cambodia and occasionally to neighboring countries Additional Information We are far more than a worldwide leader.
