SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES

The ideal candidate must satisfy the following requirements:

  • University degree in Chemical, Mechanical or a related Engineering discipline;
  • Experience in Sales and Customer relation management of chemical plants;
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; Additional languages are a plus
  • Familiarity with project management and execution processes of chemical plants;
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and experience in addressing commercial and legal topics
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to drive business growth
  • Ability and willingness to deal with different cultures and to travel for meetings with prospect and existing client;
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to drive business growth.
Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONTENTS

Specifically, the resource will have to deal with the following activities:

  • Identify and develop possible opportunities on the market for chlor-alkali business;
  • Develop and foster client relationships;
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up on potential opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Proposal Managers to develop proposals that fit with client’s requests and expectations;
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders;
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape;
  • Participating in trade fairs and conferences including presentations;
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
