We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead B2B sales in the Cladding industry. The role requires strong connections in construction/industrial sectors and proven success in meeting sales goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
• 5–8 years UAE experience in cladding, cold stores, steel structures, or sandwich panels
• Established client base with solid industry knowledge
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

  Pay: AED15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Cladding, cold stores, steel structures, sandwich panels : 5 years (Required)

Language:

• Arabic or Tagalog (Required)

• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive growth
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Lead and support the sales team
• Coordinate with internal departments
• Represent the company in meetings and events
• Oversee payment collection and credit control
