The role: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our AU Sales team and drive revenue growth. In this pivotal role, you will develop a customer acquisition strategy that aligns with our global objectives and meets revenue targets for ClickView. You will lead and drive the sales team to consistently achieve/ exceed sales goals by identifying new business opportunities that fuel growth for the overall business. Your expertise in building strong relationships will be essential in helping the team amplify ClickView's impact and solidify our market presence. The ideal candidate will motivate and lead a high performing Sales team, cultivating a culture of high performance and excellence. Responsibilities: Consistently driving sales success by partnering with the CCO and CEO to develop and execute a results-focused sales strategy targeting new business growth, working closely with the customer success teams under a unified strategy Lead the sales team to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, while proactively driving demand through community engagement Develop strategies that enable the Sales team to effectively showcase the value of video in the classroom Report to the CCO on business performance and work with other Managing Directors to standardise management practices across regions Cultivate and leverage key customer relationships with schools and government bodies, serving as a brand advocate to expand ClickView's presence Collaborate with marketing on analysing lead generation data, and aligning marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring that marketing campaigns generate qualified leads and contribute to revenue growth Utilise data and analytics to establish, measure and monitor key metrics, track revenue performance, identify trends and improvement areas, and support resource allocation decisions Utilise historical sales and customer data, analysing market trends, and advanced forecasting models to develop accurate revenue forecasts Oversee and ensure data accuracy in Salesforce, analysing sales data, and providing reports and recommendations to the CCO (e.g. pipeline reports and identifying challenges and opportunities) Requirements: 5+ years experience in Sales, and leading sales teams in tech/ SaaS Proven commercial acumen with successful strategy development and execution Track record of growing sales and market share, successfully launching new products and building profitable income streams Expertise in contract negotiation and pricing strategies Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and coach high-performing teams while ensuring accountability to sales processes Solid understanding of data and its application for informed business decisions Experience in P&L development and business forecasting Benefits: Extra paid Wellbeing and Volunteering leave to care for yourself and others 🚴 Flexible working hours and arrangements to accommodate different working preferences and personal situations 🏠 100 days working from a different location for up to 100 calendar days per year 🌎 Access to a wide range of discounts to support wellbeing and financial health 💰 L&D budgets and professional opportunities available, so you can continue growing to be the best you 🥇 Wellbeing policy and EAP access, we put your mental health and wellbeing first💆 Generous parental leave policy where we offer an additional 16 week’s full pay 🚼 Regular socials, conferences and free snacks to celebrate the hard work of our team + amazing harbour front office views 🥂
