OVERALL JOB ROUTINE:

  • Use CMAK.Tools software to its full extent. ( video in https://cmakusa.com/crane-configurator/ )
  • Arrange sales call with the prospects listed in our cloud software CMAK.Tools’ CRM.
  • Conduct face-to-face visits across the U.S. and Canada ( 7 different location visits per year )
  • Hybrid (4 days home office, 1 day office)
    Workplace: USA Headquarters of an international top-notch high quality and economicalindustrial hoist and crane-kit manufacturer. ( The location of work-place is in Itasca, IL. )

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, however experience in industrial hoist / overhead crane business will be considered in lieu of a degree.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good verbal, written, typing and computer skills are required. Must have ‘Sales hunter’ mentality with high tolerance for rejection.
  • Driver’s license and the ability to operate a company vehicle is required.
  • Must be very organized with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • This positions requires good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to travel domestically up to 35%.

Responsibilities
  • Perform Business Development functions within assigned territory to cultivate new account placements
  • Arrange business meetings with potential clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services- to every detail- addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Integrate the potential accounts to our software systems
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Provide accounts with technical assistance, product training, sales support and other requirements as may be necessary to assure proper specification of equipment and to maximize sales effectiveness within account.
  • Keep customers informed about available products, services, prices, programs, marketing tools, and terms and conditions.
  • Evaluate existing and potential accounts and recommend changes or modifications as may be necessary to maximize sales in conformance with company policies regarding distribution strategies and programs.
  • Prepare quotes when required, for sales of new product in conformance with company policies regarding pricing, discount and terms.
  • Recommend special terms, pricing or other policy changes as may be required on an individual sale basis to assure receipt of order.
  • Meets established sales quota by obtaining and renewing orders.
  • Keep the company informed of competitive products, promotional matter, sales techniques, pricing, warranty, marketing policies and product innovations.
  • Manage and direct the activities of all Manufacturers’ Representative Agencies, where applicable, within assigned territory to assure proper account placements, development and sales potential.
  • Control and report expenses incurred in performance of functions on a monthly basis. Maximize effective use of time and monies to achieve company and position objectives.
